Ms. Sosnowska is travelling to her homecountry Poland o perform J.J. Fux’ Oratorio Gesù Cristo negato da Pietro with the award-winning Early Music Formation Ars Antiqua Austria under Gunar Letzbor.

According to the Christian tradition, the day and night of Maundy Thursday are filled with key events of the story of the Salvation. One of them is Peter’s denial of Jesus, which is the main theme of the oratorio by Johann Joseph Fux, an Austrian composer who worked in the transition time from the Baroque to the Pre-Classical period.
